Terms of Use

**Graphics can only be used on family friendly sites!! This means nothing involving adult-oriented material, vulgar language, tolerance of hate, animal abuse, etc.

1. Graphics should have a link back to this site on each page on which they are used. This can be done by a text link or logo. Text links need to be readable which means that the text should be no smaller than that used for descriptions on the page.

2. Graphics should remain in the format obtained and not be edited, manipulated, added to, or changed in any form. Those that text can be added to are clearly marked and text is the only available option for them.

3. Graphics are designed for use on personal and commercial websites only. They should not be resold in any form or used/shared in e-groups, msn communities, email (excludes sigtags that will be labeled), stationary, cards, collections, tubes, commercial products, cross stitch patterns, embroidery, or anything created by someone else. If you have a question on their use or wish to buy a license to use on commercial products, please email to discuss it.

4. The no-right click, no select, and no image tool bar scripts are required for use even though I realize there are ways around it. They do help discourage abuse which helps prevent some.

5. Graphics should be uploaded to your own server as direct linking is NOT allowed. I cannot afford to host your site's images through the stealing of bandwidth. Images will be moved and renamed at random times.

6. Membership fees apply except for the free linkware graphics that can be used on personal sites without cost. If your paid membership site changes status from personal to commercial, the difference in membership fee is all that is needed rather than the full fee. See below for Web Design license fee which does apply to free linkware use.

7. The copyright for graphics remains with Moonlight Pixels unless it is purchased. Purchasing a graphic and purchasing the copyright are two separate things. Purchasing means you own the right to use it but do not own the right to edit or claim the work as your own.

8. Use of these graphics means that the terms were accepted and you will be held accountable by them. Please do not assume any use not listed. You may be contacted for removal of the graphics used if these terms are not followed. Legal action may be taken if deemed necessary.
